We take you through an assessment process to understand your body’s postural alignment, the workings of different muscle groups and Movement patterns. We also address the basics of our 6 principles of health; water, sleep, nutrition, thoughts, breath and Movement. Addressing these principles allows us to make sure your lifestyle is supporting your movement practice and your movement practice is supporting your lifestyle.
